Meet the Mentor

The year 6's had the opportunity to meet their year 10 mentors on Friday last week as part of the SLAM Project (Student Leadership and Mentoring). The idea behind the project is to teach students about leadership and the importance of setting goals and being role models.

The students were a bit nervous to start with but soon began to relax as they got to know each other.

Proteges (year 6s) and mentors (year 10s) will meet every Friday lunchtime here at school to chat and help set goals.
